Interview

Employment Offer
If you have gotten to this level, congratulations! You will be welcomed into the Nestlé Canada group and offer beneficial information presenting you to the Nestlé world. First, the Talent Acquisition Team will extend a provisional offer, perform background checks and reference reviews, and if it is cleared, you will be taken down to the final bid. Getting to this stage commonly takes approximately six to eight weeks from when you apply.

Orientation
As a new Nestlé Canada worker, you may have questions concerning your employment and the firm in common, which will be responded to accordingly. To assist you in embarking on the journey and being comfortable, you will partake in the HR Orientation Program and Functional Onboarding Program with your line manager. HR will offer you all the required assistance, including your line manager and the team.
